IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED AFTER IT IS PLACED & LOGGED IN, THERE IS A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR MY COST OUT OF POCKET AND WORK PERFORMED. IF CANCELLED AFTER PROPERTY VISIT, FEE IS $250.
